Background. Issues of corporate culture of organizations, including medical, began to attract more attention of professionals in the field of medical business management. The culture of the organization is a powerful strategic tool that allows you to form the right team, focusing it on the goals and results of the company. The purpose of the study is to develop measures and recommendations for improving the corporate culture in the company “Titanmed” in Penza.
Materials and methods. This study was carried out, using direct observations, interviews, analytical research method in this study used literature review and data from official sources.
Results. The study data were obtained as the corporate culture, “Titanmed” in Penza. They testify about necessity of development of recommendations for improving corporate culture and introducing them to the activity of “Titanmed”.
Conclusions. At present, most managers of organizations realize that the use of corporate culture in management leads to increased competitiveness of their companies. The main condition for the existence of a corporate culture is the division of its values by employees to move in one direction, it gives an advantage in the management of the company, and contributes to the efficiency of activities. The main goal of the corporate culture is to ensure high profitability of the company by improving human resources management – ensuring employee loyalty to management, education of employees’ attitude to the enterprise as to their home. With the help of a strong corporate culture, the organization becomes a big family, each employee takes only those actions that will best serve the good of the company. In addition, an effective corporate culture is characterized by coherence, interaction of employees for a common goal, satisfaction with their work and pride in its results, as well as loyalty to the company and willingness to meet its high standards, high quality work, rapid adaptation to changes caused by the environment, both external and internal. This study helped to identify critical moments in the corporate culture, “Titanmed” in Penza, and to develop recommendations, which would help to move companies into a crisis state.
